Journeys Return Policy:
Journeys shoe return policy gives you 365 days to return, your items with conditions that all items in the original packaging, original receipt and item will be returned in 365 days of the purchase for full refund or exchange within—shipping charges excluded if the return placed through mail and refund will take 2-4 weeks for processing.
Orders Placed Online :
For orders placed online, Journey has simplified the return process. Please follow the below process for a refund:
