SSENSE Return Policy:

Customer Located in Canada, United State, Japan and Hong Kong get the Free return shipping. The company accept the return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any return can be accepted if it full fill the below conditions:-

  • Return request placed within 30 days of the delivery
  • Item must be in original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • The packaging is in Original Conditions and Items return with tags
  • An item with final sale can’t be eligible for return

 

SSENSE Footwear Return Policy:

Footwear return accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please keep the note of the following point :

  • Wear Clean Shocks and Try footwear on a carpet.
  • Return dust bag and shoebox must be returned in original condition.
  • Place the shoebox in a shipping box to avoid damage of shoe during transit.

SSENSE Intimate Apparel and Swimwear Return Policy:

  • Return in unworn and original condition with an intact sticker on the product. This applies to lingerie, hosiery, underwear, swimsuits, bikini bottoms, etc

SSENSE Face Masks Return Policy: 

  • Face Mask has considered under Final Sale; hence no return is not accepted on this.

SSENSE Apparel Return Policy:

  • All apparel must be Return in Original and Unworn condition

SSENSE Return Policy for Damaged/Defective items:

Step-by-Step Guide to Initiate a Return request for Domestic Return:

  • Login in to your account and click on ‘Order History’.
  • Apply for  Prepaid Return Label (PPL).
  • E-mail sent for Prepaid Return Label and instructions for return.
  • Print the label and follow the instructions step by step.

Step-by-Step Guide to Initiate a Return request for International Returns:

International customers bear the cost of return shipments and coordinating with his local post.

Please follow the below steps:

  • Log in to your SSENSE account and click your ‘Order History.’
  • Click on return authorization (RA)
  • Return authorization and instruction sent on your register mail id.
  • Follow the instruction send on mail and follow up with your local post.

 

SSENSE Exchanges Policy:

SSENSE does not offer direct exchanges. Customer can place a return and get a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s)

When and How a refund is a process by SSENSE:-

  • Once the Return is Received Merchandise Check the quality check and issue the refund
  • This will take up to 5 business days for refund processing.

  • SSENSE does not process direct exchanges. Customer-first arranges return and get a refund and place fresh order of his choice.

Modifying or canceling an order is possible only

  • if the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases.

✅To modify or cancel your order:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click on the Order History in your account ion the left-hand side.
  • Under the Modify section, Select the request which one you want to process.
  • Complete the contact request.

✅When will I receive my order?

  • It will take up to 2 business days to shipped out your order. If Orders placed after 11:00 AM (EST) and same will be processed in the next business day,
  • If the order is placed on weekends and holidays, then the order is processed on the next business day starting at 8:00 AM (EST).

✅How do I know the item will fit me? OR How does the item fit?

  • To help find the best fit, refer the information on the product page:
